We’ve had the pleasure of working with Rawlings Opticians for many years, helping to bring their vision for contemporary, high-quality optical spaces to life. Following the success of the Alton practice, the team approached us again to transform their Hedge End location. They wanted to carry the same high-end, rich aesthetic from Alton through to this new space, creating a consistent look and feel across their brand.
The Hedge End practice underwent a complete redesign. We reconfigured the layout, removing most of the existing walls to open up the space and make it work harder for the team and their clients. This allowed us to create two new consulting rooms, a pre-test room, and additional functional zones, including a semi-private dispensing area, a dedicated pre-screening room, and a separate waiting area.
At the heart of the new design is a feature reception space that makes an immediate impression the moment you walk in. We used a palette of soft blues and warm neutrals, enhanced with statement pendant lights, wall lighting, and illuminated displays to deliver a “wow” factor while maintaining a sense of calm and sophistication.
The result is a practice that not only looks stunning but also functions seamlessly, enhancing both the client experience and day-to-day workflow. The cohesive design now ensures strong, consistent branding across all Rawlings Opticians locations, a true reflection of their premium service and attention to detail.
