This project involved the transformation of a former clothing store into a state-of-the-art optical practice for CitySpecs, located within a busy shopping centre. We worked closely with the client to navigate the logistical challenges of the site, carefully coordinating trades, managing deliveries, and adhering to the centre’s strict operational guidelines. The result is a fit-out that not only met demanding time constraints but also delivered a high-quality finish.
The new interior offers a sleek and contemporary environment, designed to enhance both the customer journey and the brand presence of CitySpecs. We developed a layout that is both highly functional and visually refined. Clean lines, a cool monochrome palette, and precisely positioned LED lighting contribute to a space that feels modern and bright.
To complement the minimalist aesthetic, we introduced materials that add texture and interest – soft grey seating, frosted acrylic, and a light wood effect finish to the consulting rooms. Illuminated logo displays and graphic signage tie the design back to CitySpecs’ identity. We’re proud to have delivered a polished environment that supports both retail performance and clinical care.
